As a former devision of Ronell - Lada parts, we have more than 40 years of experience in the Lada parts business. That's why we can offer you not only original quality, but also original OEM Lada parts made in Russia.
We deliver from our warehouse in the Netherlands with good transport connections world wide. Small orders will be send by mail or parcel service with tracking number, for the bigger B2B orders we can offer special prices for the transport.
We will always try to deliver within 48 hours (two working days) after confirmed payment.
Please check our webshop if the parts you are looking for are available. When you know the Lada part number, the quickest way to find the part is to use the search function.
Important information for your first visit:
Because this webshop is build as a B2B web portal you will find prices excluding VAT. New is that we have in small writing prices including VAT for our B2C customers. Of course for customers outside EU countries and EU business customers with a validated VAT number that have an account, the total amount is without VAT.
Because we don't want to work with a minimum order amount to cover our cost of each order, we have included additional cost for small orders.
This means we charge EUR10,-/7,50/5,- for orders less then EUR10,-/15,-/20,-. This amount will be cancelled automatically in the shopping basket when the order is more then EUR20,- (ex VAT).
Payment can be done by bank transfer after receiving the order confirmation or by paypal during checkout of the order.
New payment options are bank payment iDeal for our Dutch clients, Bancontact/Mister Cash for our Belgium clients, Sofort Banking and Giropay überweisung.
Orders are only accepted and shipped after full payment received on our account.
Of course we offer a 14 days return policy, parts need to be returned in original packing as received and not have been mounted or used.
Returning the parts is at your (customer) cost. Within 7 days after receiving the returned parts, we will transfer the amount.
